Terms And Conditions
We have produced this website to promote our hotel and to facilitate the booking of rooms. We aim to ensure that all information is correct before it goes live. If we do detect an error that may have affected your booking we will try to contact you immediately.
We expect our guests to use this website in good faith. If you do make a mistake with your booking details please inform us as soon as possible.
All photos and information provided are the property of Yangshuo Secret Garden Hotel. These may not be reproduced without our prior permission in writing.
Checking-in & checking-out
Check-in is from 13:00 until 22:00 on the date for which the room is booked. You may check-in later by arrangement. An earlier check-in can be requested but remains subject to the room becoming available in time for cleaning.
Check-out is by 12:00. You can request a later check-out subject to availability and an additional charge. This will be half of the regular room rate for stays up to 18:00 and the full regular rate for stays beyond 18:00.
Payments
We accept payments at reception in cash.
Changes by you
You may make one change to your booking up until 13:00 on the date for which the room is booked without penalty. Changes to this new booking will be at our discretion.
Changes by us
We endeavour not to change reservations once confirmed. However, some facilities or services may become unavailable at short notice. In such events we will try to contact you and offer you options.
If we cannot contact you in advance we will offer you suitable alternatives on arrival.
Complaints
We hope your stay will be an enjoyable one and that all services and facilities are to your liking.
If you are not satisfied with any facility or service provided please notify Reception at the earliest opportunity in order to give them the chance to rectify the problem.
If you are not satisfied with the solution offered you may raise the issue with the Hotel Manager.
We have every confidence that the Hotel Manager will be able to resolve all issues to the satisfaction of our guests.
