Hotel Services
To really feel at home you need to know that we will look after those practical issues that would otherwise be an inconvenience. Here is a list of the main services that we will provide, though we will always be willing to try and help out with other requests.
Transfers
We have excellent contacts with local drivers and will be able to arrange car or minivan (seats 6) transfers to or from the airport, station, your next hotel or anywhere else you wish to go. Standard prices for transfers to our hotel are:
Car from Yangshuo - Y40
Minivan from Yangshuo - Y60
Car from Guilin airport - Y280
Minivan from Guilin airport - Y400
Car from Guilin bus or train station - Y250
Faye, through her Yangshuo Expat Travel Service, will also be able to make other arrangements to suit your travel plans. If you wish to visit other nearby places she can arrange suitable private vehicles. If you are 'out' and need assistance arranging a vehicle then you can always call reception.You can either pay the driver directly or add such costs to your room bill.
Laundry
We can arrange to have your laundry washed by a local lady in the village. Since laundry is dried in the sun, this could take a little longer during cloudy or rainy weather.
Bulky or delicate items can be taken to a Laundromat or dry cleaner in Yangshuo.
Bike hire
Bicycles can be hired for the day locally in Jiuxian. These can be returned at the end of the day in Jiuxian or in Yangshuo if you would prefer. Please ask at reception for details.
